Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Company Secretary Trainee. The trainee will assist in managing company records, drafting and filing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and handling correspondence with stakeholders. The role also involves research, providing support for legal documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) qualification
