Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents.
Support the drafting of agendas, notices, and minutes of Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings.
Assist in filing statutory returns and forms with MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant laws applicable to stock broking entities.
Assist in preparing compliance reports, disclosures, and internal documentation.
Conduct research on corporate governance, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams for gathering data required for filings and audits.
Support the Company Secretary in daily secretarial and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Pursuing CS Executive/Professional Programme (ICSI).
Basic understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance principles.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment.
