Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, located in Ludhiana. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. Key tasks include managing and maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings and minutes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, liaising with regulatory bodies, and advising the board of directors on statutory and governance matters. The role also involves drafting and filing legal documents and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal procedures.
Proficiency in drafting, preparing, and maintaining statutory and legal documents such as reports, meeting minutes, and filings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with management and regulatory authorities.
Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for managing deadlines and tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of financial reporting and secretarial practices is preferred.
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification is required. Additional qualifications in law, finance, or management are a plus.
Experience with corporate filings, compliance frameworks, and company law will be advantageous.
