Accounts Payable Manager

CA Freshers with BIG 4 articleship or CA candidates who have worked in road/ infra projects/ InvIT Co. are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Oversee daily accounting activities for the InvIT and all SPVs.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of:
• General ledger and sub-ledgers
• Minimal fixed asset registers (asset-light model)
• Bank reconciliations and other control accounts
• Record periodic invoices from SPV operators and routine expense transactions.
• Ensure timely processing of payments per month at the SPV level.

Financial Closures & Consolidation Support

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for SPVs and the InvIT.
• Coordinate with SPV teams to collect financial data for consolidation.
• Prepare required schedules and reconciliations for group consolidation using the equity method.
• Support accounting of service concession agreements in line with Ind-AS requirements.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for statutory and internal audits.
• Address routine audit queries in coordination with the Financial Controller.
• Ensure accounting records meet audit and regulatory requirements.

ERP & Systems Integration

• Participate in ERP implementation and ensure proper mapping of accounting processes.
• D sure smooth integration of banking and financial transactions with the ERP
