Area Sales Head - Prime LAP

As the Area Sales Head for Loan Against Property - Prime in Pune, your primary responsibility is to identify business growth opportunities in the location. You will be required to develop strategies for new client acquisition, build direct/Retail DSAs channel, and tap into growth opportunities to achieve area targets. In this role, you will focus on increasing the business volumes of SME lending by managing client databases and leveraging Relationship Managers to reach out to potential clients. Building strong relationships with key clients, ensuring faster turnaround times, and implementing cross-selling initiatives are key aspects of expanding the client base in your area. Monitoring lead generation, sales productivity metrics of Relationship Managers, and driving a high-performance sales culture are essential for success in this position. You will also be responsible for engaging with retail DSA channel partners, developing a touchpoint management system for improved customer connectivity, and conducting engagement programs and sales trainings to enhance channel partner performance. Additionally, you will oversee SLAs, sales efficiencies, and the RoI of channels to ensure optimal performance. Effectively deploying schemes, prioritizing sales of high revenue products, and structuring deals will be crucial for meeting revenue targets. Supporting the risk and review process by supervising the preparation of loan proposals and documentations is part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with customers and the Risk team to provide necessary information for monitoring the creditworthiness of proposals. Furthermore, preparing periodic MIS reports on profits, NPAs, new clients, and reporting to Cluster Area/Regional Heads regularly is essential for tracking the performance of the area.
