Sr Credit Manager - Construction Finance

As a Senior Credit Analyst in the Construction Finance product at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Analyzing cases using financial models for the Promoter Group, Micro-market, and Transaction structure. - Evaluating proposed transactions including Borrower background, enterprise information, project/security information, cash flow analysis, feasibility analysis, sensitivity analysis, Debt Profile evaluation, Group level cash flow evaluation, and financial evaluation. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Technical, Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams. - Coordinating with external agencies for due diligences including legal, technical, valuation, and financial diligence. - Ensuring Security Cover, Receivables Cover, exit calculations, Shortfall calculations, and Portfolio Review. - Underwriting cases within the guidelines of the regulatory framework and policies. - Documenting cases within the guidelines of policies and framework. - Coordinating with Customer Back-office on day-to-day operational activities to align with compliance policies.
