Sr Credit Manager - Construction Finance

As a Senior Credit Analyst in our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing cases using financial models for the Promoter Group, Micro-market, and Transaction structure. This includes evaluating proposed transactions, borrower background, enterprise information, project/security details, cash flow analysis, feasibility analysis, sensitivity analysis, debt profile assessment, group-level cash flow evaluation, and financial evaluation. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Technical, Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams. Additionally, you will work closely with external agencies to conduct due diligence on legal, technical, valuation, and financial aspects. Your duties will also involve ensuring security cover, receivables cover, exit calculations, shortfall calculations, and portfolio reviews. You will be required to underwrite cases within the regulatory framework and policies, as well as document cases in accordance with the established guidelines. Furthermore, you will be expected to coordinate with customers and back-office teams on day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with compliance policies. This role will be based in Hyderabad and Bangalore, focusing on Construction Finance products. The ideal candidate for this position should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and risk assessment.,
