Job Description

Position Title: Accounts & Operations Manager (Finance + Compliance + Multitasking Role)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in accounts, finance, or operations, preferably in a startup or dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Maintain accurate books of accounts and confirm all financial transactions.

  2.  Prepare, file, and reconcile TDS payments and returns.

  3.  Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with timely submission and error-free data.

  4.  Coordinate with auditors for audit preparation and documentation.

  5.  Ensure timely renewal of licenses, certificates, and insurance documents.

  6.  Maintain and track creditor/debtor ledgers with proper follow-ups.

  7.  Prepare monthly financial reports – including expenses, profitability, and trend analysis.

  8.  Manage creditor payment cycles and monitor outstanding balances.

  9.  Coordinate with payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.) to resolve settlement or integration issues.

  10.  Process monthly salary sheets, reimbursements, and approvals.

  11.  Perform bank-related tasks – cheque deposits, NEFT/RTGS entries, and reconciliations.

  12.  Assist in consignment billing, returns, and reconciliation for multi-brand outlets.

  13.  Provide additional operational support for document collection, vendor coordination, or reporting as required.

(Note: This is primarily a finance role; occasional operational assistance may be needed in a startup environment.)

Key Skills Required:

  •  Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / Busy

  •  Strong knowledge of GST & TDS compliance

  •  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)

  •  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability

  •  Effective communication and follow-up skills

  •  Adaptability to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup

Educational Qualification:

  •  B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred

Compensation:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience and interview performance.
