Accounts Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting, with the ability to manage the complete accounts function of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department. Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and vendor accounts Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance. Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate preparation of reports. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities. Vendor & Customer Management: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Manage vendor payments, credit limits, and outstanding balances. Coordinate invoicing, billing, and collection activities. Internal Controls & Reporting: Implement and monitor internal financial controls. Generate MIS reports for management decision-making. Review financial data and analyze variances. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior accountants and support staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA – Finance). Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts & finance. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Excel, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and handle full account responsibilities.
