Job Description

Urgent Requirement – Accounts Manager

Location: Unnichira, Kakkanad
Salary: Up to ₹45,000
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Accounts & Finance
Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and other financial documents.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with internal departments and branches for financial data.
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and branch-wise expense tracking.
Liaise with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding accounts and documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to accounting standards.

Required Skills & Tools Proficiency

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll accounting.
Good command over MS Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
