Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met on time
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty
• Analyze account performance and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that services provided align with client expectations
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in a timely manner
• Support clients through the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to service renewals
• Implement strategies to enhance account management processes and improve customer satisfaction
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in account management software and CRM systems
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail
