Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support business decision-making with timely financial data. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Tally ERP or SAP, and a background in managing accounts for manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile books of accounts on Tally ERP/SAP Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns Monitor budgets and analyze variances to control costs Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow Coordinate with internal departments for cost tracking and inventory accounting Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards for management Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and knowledge of accounting software (SAP preferred) Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and Indian GAAP Good communication and analytical skills Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred What We Offer: Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, research-driven, and globally expanding natural food brand Exposure to national and international accounting operations Ethical and responsible work environment Growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
