Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the end-to-end finance and accounts function at our hotel property. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in hotel accounting and internal controls, with the ability to manage HR administration, procurement, and store operations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can independently manage the Accounts Department and collaborate with the on-site operations team and off-site finance leadership. Requirements: • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry (hotel background mandatory). • Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (e.g., IDS, Oracle Hospitality, Tally, or similar). • Working understanding of hotel operations, procurement, and inventory systems. • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. ________________________________________ Desired Attributes: • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Willing to take ownership and lead the Accounts function at the property. • Integrity-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
