Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
• Handle general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Implement cost control measures and financial planning for smooth operations.
• Support management in financial analysis, decision-making, and MIS reporting.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP systems and ensure timely data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 1-2 years of proven experience as Accounts Executive/Manager in a manufacturing industry (plywood industry experience will be an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
