Job Description

The General Manager Accounts & Finance is responsible for leading the financial operations of the company. This role involves strategic financial planning, managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to drive company decisions and performance. Car Dealership experience is a must and willing to work in Corporate level. Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting and finance team Oversee financial planning and analysis Ensure compliance with financial regulations Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Monitor and control financial performance and risk management Prepare and present financial reports to senior management Coordinate with external auditors and manage financial audits Guide strategic financial decision-making processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA is preferred At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles Proven management and leadership experience Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills SkillsFinancial Planning Financial Analysis Financial Reporting Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Budgeting Accounting Software Team Leadership Strategic Planning Auditing
