Job Description

As a Vehicle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Here’s a general job description: Job Title: Vehicle Technician Location: Pan India Reports To: Service Manager / Workshop Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Diagnostics: Identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools. Repairs & Maintenance: Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle components. Routine Servicing: Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and general maintenance tasks. Customer Interaction: Explain repair needs and costs to customers in a clear manner. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all repairs meet industry safety standards and regulations. Parts Management: Order and replace faulty vehicle parts as needed. Road Testing: Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality. Workshop Maintenance: Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized. Qualifications & Skills: Certification in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
