Position : Accounts Head

Reporting To: Director / CFO / Managing Director
Location: (Airoli, Navi Mumbai)
Experience Required: 15-25 Years
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

Job Summary

The Accounts Head will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function of the organization, ensuring statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, cost control, taxation, audits, and strategic financial planning. Managing a team and ensure that he should maintain a positive and Strong connection with Organization

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Banking).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C).
• Manage TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and income tax filings.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.

ERP / Systems

• Manage accounting through ERP systems (SAP / Tally)
• Ensure system accuracy and process automation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & Indian Tax Laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team-handling ability
• Advanced MS Excel & ERP knowledge
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Industry Experience

• Construction / Infrastructure / Hospitality
• Manufacturing / Civil Engineering
• CA Firm background (added advantage)

Salary Range

₹50,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month (Depending on experience & industry)

Male Candidate Prefferd

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
