Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Industry: Construction / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our site operations. The ideal candidate will be in charge of supervising daily activities at the construction site, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations and construction activities. Ensure all work is carried out as per design, safety standards, and schedule. Manage and coordinate site laborers and subcontractors. Inspect and verify the quality of construction materials delivered on-site. Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials. Keep records of material usage and report any shortages to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Maintain proper housekeeping and safety on the site. Communicate with vendors, site workers, and senior engineers regarding progress and issues. Ensure proper documentation and daily site reporting. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision preferred. Ability to handle site workforce and basic knowledge of material types. Physically fit and willing to work at active construction sites. Good communication and basic record-keeping skills. SSC or HSC passed (construction background preferred).
