Construction Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be able to understand and explain building construction diagrams. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Understand plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Preference will be given to candidate from the construction background
• Preference will be given to following degree holders architecture (B. Arch.), B.Tech. (Civil) or Diploma in Architecture
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of experience of construction supervision

Work Mode

Candidate will be stationed in Hojai. This candidate needs to visit multiple construction sites in that district. Preference will be given to candidate having hometown in that district so that the candidate can stay at home and visit the sites during daytime. The candidate will be called occasionally for review of works in our Guwahati Office.
