Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure compliance with project timelines, and enforce construction safety standards. Responsibilities include site inspections, coordinating with team members and contractors, ensuring quality control, and managing resources to meet project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications Proficient in Supervisory Skills, Site Supervision, and effective team management. Strong Inspection skills to ensure quality standards throughout all construction stages. Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices, with the ability to enforce compliance. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, contractors, and stakeholders. Ability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. Prior experience as a construction supervisor on large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage. Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
