Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Civil Billing Engineer with expertise in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) drawings, Microsoft Project (MSP), and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The ideal candidate should have a background in infrastructure or commercial projects and will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and coordinating with project teams.Conart Engineers Ltd+2Indeed+2sq-feet.com+2 Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing Management: Prepare and manage bills for civil works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for bill approvals and payments.Indeed 2. Quantity Estimation: Analyze BOQ and extract quantities from drawings. Prepare and verify BBS for reinforcement works.PSP Projects Limited 3. Project Coordination: Interpret RCC drawings and ensure execution aligns with design specifications. Utilize MSP for project scheduling and monitoring progress.Indeed 4.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain records of all billing documents, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Expertia 2. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in billing for infrastructure or commercial projects. 3. Skills: Proficiency in BBS, RCC drawings, MSP, and BOQ. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience with ERP systems related to construction billing. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
