Job Summary: Analysing of Technical Inspection & Survey of ISO/IMO Pressure Vessels (International Standards) of reports received from our Technical Surveyors Ensure document traceability for audits or regulatory reviews. Keeping a track of container inspections / survey records and accurately maintain data. Collaborate and coordinate with back-end team /surveyor & Shipping Companies/Depot Operators Accurately entering and maintaining data in databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule surveys and inspections with minimal downtime. Desired Profile: Should be a team player with Good Communication & interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Thorough with Ms Office, Excel & Word Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
