Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Head to oversee all aspects of factory accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GST, taxation, accounts finalization, balance sheet preparation, and TDS compliance. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Oversee the preparation and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
• GST & Taxation:
• Manage GST compliance and filing.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely payment of taxes.
• Accounts Finalization:
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Balance Sheet Management:
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
• TDS Compliance:
• Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.
• Prepare TDS returns and manage assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; a Master's degree or professional certification (CA/CMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of [10] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
