Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts & Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial information to ensure sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support management with financial analysis and reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-1 of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of US Accounting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Experience in bank reconciliation and MIS reporting
