Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records using Tally.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and summaries.
• Manage reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer).
• Support GST, TDS, and basic compliance-related work.
• Maintain spreadsheets and financial trackers using advanced Excel.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and data consolidation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors when required.
  

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in

  Tally

  and

  financial accounting

  .
• Advanced working knowledge of

  Microsoft Excel

  (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Understanding of GST/TDS basics.
• Strong organisational and numerical accuracy skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience preparing MIS reports.
• Knowledge of budgeting or cash flow management.
• Familiarity with accounting audits.
