Accounts Executive

Job Title: Account Executive (FMCG – Manufacturing Unit) Location: Kundli, Sonipat Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) We are looking for an experienced Account Executive from the FMCG manufacturing background to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Kundli manufacturing unit. The role requires hands-on experience in factory accounting, GST compliance, inventory coordination, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries) Handle GST compliance – returns, reconciliation, e-way bills Manage accounts payable & receivable Coordinate with factory, stores, and dispatch teams for stock & invoice reconciliation Monitor inventory valuation and production-related accounting Handle banking activities – payments, reconciliations, cash flow tracking Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and audits Liaise with CA, auditors, and statutory authorities Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance 3–6 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing accounting (mandatory) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, compliance, and factory accounting Hands-on experience with Tally / Busy / ERP systems Good command of Excel (reports, reconciliations) Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment Preferred Candidate Prior experience in food / grocery / FMCG manufacturing Local or nearby candidates preferred (Kundli/Sonipat/Panipat) Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills What We Offer Stable role in a growing FMCG manufacturing setup Competitive salary with scope for growth Professional and structured work environment Interested Candidates to share CV on WhatsApp only (+91 9711653738), No Calls.
