Join us to transform global healthcare and impact millions of lives Why Join Us • Work on the financial backbone of a life-saving, innovation-driven company. • Collaborate with top hospitals, research teams, and regulatory bodies. • Gain high exposure to start-up and healthcare accounting processes. • Be part of a mission-driven, high-growth organization Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable and receivable). • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and monthly reconciliations. • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per compliance requirements. • Coordinate with auditors and prepare management financial reports. • Track project-wise expenses, budgets, and cash flows. • Manage payroll processing and related compliance. • Oversee vendor payments, hospital billing, and regulatory documentation. • Support leadership in financial planning and operational decision-making Requirements • Candidate must be based in Gurgaon. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter preferred). • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing, or start-up environments. • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules. • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
