Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Device Technician to operate and support our innovative surgical products at the Coosa office in Gurugram. This full-time permanent role is ideal for someone with a medical sciences background and familiarity with clinical and surgical environments. The technician will be responsible for product operation, training, demonstrations, and supporting surgeons during procedures and evaluations.


Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our innovative surgical products.

• Provide in-office and on-site demonstrations for medical professionals, clinics, and hospitals.

• Assist surgeons and clinical staff during product-related procedures when required.

• Prepare reports, logs, and documentation related to product usage and performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, clinical standards, and company guidelines.

• Support research, training sessions, and workshops related to Coosa technologies.

• Communicate effectively with surgeons, clinical teams, and company management.

• Travel to hospitals/clinics when necessary for product setup or support.


Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences (any field). Preference for Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines.

• Familiarity with medical environments, hospital workflows, and preferably Operating Theatre (OT) settings.

• Experience working with or collaborating with surgeons (visits, coordination, demonstrations, or technical support).

• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new medical technologies quickly.

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for case support and training.


Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with medical devices or surgical instrumentation.

• Understanding of sterile techniques, OT protocols, and patient safety standards.

• Ability to manage maintenance, calibration, and basic technical troubleshooting.


Work Environment & Conditions

• Based at the Coosa office in Gurugram.

• Regular interactions with surgeons, clinical staff, and medical institutions.

• Field visits to hospitals and clinics as needed.

• Full training on all innovative surgical products will be provided.
