We partner with leading hospitals such as AIIMS, Medanta, Apollo, and PSRI, driving innovation under the Make in India initiative  Key Functions & Responsibilities 1. Document Management • Maintain regulatory, compliance, and company records with proper version control. • Organize and update licenses, certifications, and internal documentation. • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely availability of all documents. 2. Office & Facility Management • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless functioning. • Supervise housekeeping, utilities, and infrastructure upkeep. • Manage vendors and contracts related to office and facility services. 3. Procurement & Asset Management Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and technical resources. • Maintain inventory of assets, including tagging, tracking, and maintenance records. • Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery  4. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and other tools. • Manage emails, scheduling, and communication for leadership and teams. • Support leadership in meetings, compliance reviews, and operational planning  Requirements • Candidate must be based in Gurgaon. • 1–3 years of experience in administration, document control, or facility operations. • Proficiency in MS Excel and database management. • Knowledge of procurement, asset tracking, and vendor management. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in healthcare or start-up environments preferred.
