Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to join our dynamic team in

Navi Mumbai

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on ledger management, billing, and invoice processing. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of

2,50,000

. We are looking for individuals with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience who are ready to contribute to our financial operations.Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and billing statements.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Handle accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Utilize Tally ERP for efficient accounting processes and reporting.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
