Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled professional to manage accounting, audit, and credit analysis functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and analyzing customer financial data such as bank statements and CIBIL reports to assess creditworthiness. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Audit Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records as per accounting standards and RBI guidelines Handle GST, TDS filings, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and MIS reporting Support internal audits, statutory audits, and RBI inspections Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance Credit Analysis & Monitoring Analyze customer bank statements and financial documents for eligibility assessment Review and interpret CIBIL and other credit bureau reports Evaluate customer repayment capacity, income patterns, and credit history Assist in preparing credit appraisal reports for loan processing Monitor post-disbursement compliance and risk flags Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred) 2–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or credit analysis in an NBFC or financial institution Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial analysis tools Familiarity with CIBIL and other credit bureau reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance norms
