Day to day field visits and getting payments from customers
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Telecalling Executive for Bank Recovery to join our collections team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan or credit card payments and persuade them to pay their dues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments or EMIs. Inform and remind customers about overdue amounts and payment deadlines. Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company policy. Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and follow-ups in the system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets. Escalate non-cooperative accounts to the field collection or legal teams. Educate customers about consequences of non-payment (in a respectful and lawful manner). Follow the company’s code of conduct and regulatory guidelines.
