Accounts and Admin Executive

1. Accounts Management Daily Entry of Transactions: Record all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments) in the accounting software or ledger. Invoice Management: Prepare and issue invoices to customers; verify and process supplier invoices. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records on a daily/weekly basis. Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash, record expenditures, and maintain cash book. GST & Tax Records: Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as required. 2. Inventory Management Stock Entry & Tracking: Update inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. Stock Reconciliation: Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and reconcile with system records. Material Inward/Outward: Record all material receipts and issues; coordinate with stores/warehouse for accurate documentation. Reporting: Generate and share daily/weekly inventory reports with the management. 3. Administration & Factory OperationsAttendance & Payroll Support: Maintain staff attendance records and assist in payroll preparation. Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office and factory supplies as needed. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for procurement of materials and services. Facility Management: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the factory premises. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and assist with guest coordination. 4. Data Entry & Documentation : Maintain proper filing of all documents-physical and electronic. Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to accounts, inventory, and operations as required. Record Keeping: Ensure all records are up to date and easily retrievable. 5. General Support to Management: Assist management with any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between factory staff, management, and external parties.
