Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accounts & Admin Executive, your main responsibility will be to play a central role in running and growing the PCG offices and workforce. You are required to be reliable and well-organized to handle administrative and financial tasks effectively. Your role demands an entrepreneurial mindset along with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in various accounting processes and ensure the smooth execution of these processes. Key Responsibilities: - Raise invoices and update client billables sheet once or twice a month - Reconcile expenses for employees once a month and vendors once a week - Perform admin tasks such as inventory management and ordering twice a month - Manage vendors as required, but with limited involvement - Keep track of contracts once a quarter - Handle bookkeeping on Zoho, including PO generation, uploading/recording received bills, verification of received bills against POs issued, verification of proof of delivery, and preparation of upload to the bank twice a month - Develop reports and documents for internal and external use - Monthly review of GST Input with GSTR-2B/A and filing of monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-B - Preparation of financial statements Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in Accounts & Admin and operations responsibilities - Preferred experience in PR/Digital Marketing Companies - Good command over English language - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel - Experience in vendor management, office management, and admin activities - Knowledge of Zoho Books Additional Company Details: The job type for this position is full-time.
