Job Description Position: Accountant & Admin (ONLY FEMALE) Location: Coimbatore Experience: Minimum 8 years Education: MBA (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent Key Responsibilities • Manage the company’s financial accounting, auditing, and taxation requirements. • Maintaining accounts using Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel. • Prepare accurate financial and management reports for review. • Assist the Managing Director (MD) directly in preparing professional presentations, financial models, and strategic reports. • Perform banking, finance-related, and other documentation tasks. • Support travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination for the MD. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and financial best practices. • Apply basic AI tools and digital automation for improving efficiency. • Maintain structured documentation and data analysis for decision-making. Required Skills • Adequate knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, and auditing practices. • Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. • Familiarity with basic AI tools for office and analytical tasks. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Strong HR understanding at a basic level for employee coordination. • High-quality presentation and reporting skills. • Ability to work independently and directly with the MD. • Good organizational and multitasking ability. Qualifications • MBA in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional degree. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, or auditing. • Experience in corporate presentations and direct executive support preferred.
