Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and fit-out projects on-site. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality, and maintaining timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site interior work and workers Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors Monitor material usage and manage stock Ensure work is completed as per design and standards Maintain safety and cleanliness on-site Report daily progress to the project manager Requirements: Experience in interior projects (1–2 years preferred) Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to different sites

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with client goals. Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes. Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate installations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and innovations. Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
