🔹 1. Client ConsultationMeet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Discuss design objectives, timelines, and project scope. 🔹 2. Concept DevelopmentDevelop initial design concepts (color schemes, layout plans, themes). Create mood boards, sketches, or digital visualizations. 🔹 3. Space PlanningDesign efficient and functional layouts (furniture placement, traffic flow). Ensure plans meet safety codes and accessibility requirements. 🔹 4. Material & Finish SelectionChoose appropriate materials, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and furniture. Source and procure items while staying within budget. 🔹 5. Technical Drawings & DocumentationProduce floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Create construction documents and specifications for contractors. 🔹 6. Project CoordinationCoordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Monitor work to ensure it aligns with the design and quality standards. 🔹 7. Budget & Timeline ManagementPrepare project budgets and track expenses. Manage schedules to ensure timely project delivery. 🔹 8. Site Visits & SupervisionConduct site inspections and progress reviews. Resolve design issues or construction challenges on-site. 🔹 9. Staying UpdatedKeep up with design trends, materials, and technology. Comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. 🔹 10.
