Interior Site Supervisor

1. Project Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works (e.g., gypsum, painting, flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing). Ensure all work is carried out as per design specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor and enforce project schedules to ensure timely completion. 2. Team & Workforce ManagementCoordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site. Manage workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and attendance tracking. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. 3. Material & Resource ManagementEnsure timely delivery and proper storage of materials. Check material quality and quantity against BOQ and drawings. Raise material requisitions and track usage. 4. Quality Control & ComplianceInspect work progress and finished work to ensure compliance with standards. Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations. 5. Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with project managers, architects, designers, and clients. Coordinate between different trades (civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Attend site meetings and prepare reports or updates on project status. 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain site logs, reports, and daily progress records. Update drawings and documents if changes occur (as-built drawings). Prepare reports on delays, incidents, or changes in scope. 7. Health & SafetyImplement and monitor safety procedures on site. Report and investigate incidents or accidents. Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices.
