Job Title: Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage and oversee our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements Record and reconcile financial transactions Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax laws Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors Analyze financial data to support business decisions Manage accounts payable and receivable Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of accounting experience (CA/CMA certification is a plus) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Soft Skills: Analytical thinking Time management Communication and collaboration Problem-solving mindset Would you like a version tailored for a specific industry—like real estate, manufacturing, or a startup?
