Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and office coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance operations, including invoice processing, payroll support, and vendor management. Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage day-to-day office administration tasks independently. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Generate and process invoices, track receivables/payables, and handle vendor payments. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Assist with payroll processing and handle TDS, PF, and GST compliance tasks. Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for audits, filings, and tax documentation. Administrative & Office Coordination Handle day-to-day office operations and act as a liaison between internal departments and vendors. Maintain accurate documentation, file management, and office supplies inventory. Support HR and admin functions as needed. Communication & Reporting Professionally respond to financial and compliance-related queries. Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, account summaries, and statements. Escalate critical financial issues to management promptly. Education Key Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) with a strong academic background. Technical Skills Sound knowledge of accounting standards and basic tax regulations. Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and general ERP systems. Basic payroll and compliance tool knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
