Job Description

Location: Highgear Nissan Dealership, Nashik, Maharashtra
Department: Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, expense entries, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts receivable and payable; ensure timely collections and vendor payments.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Generate MIS reports, monthly profit & loss statements, and balance sheet summaries.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
Ensure compliance with Nissan India dealership accounting guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (automobile dealership experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
