Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2 years of hands-on experience preferably who has experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA)firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting, along with practical experience in maintaining financial records, managing audits, and assisting in tax filings. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as managing invoices, payments, and payroll. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Review and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Provide financial reports and analysis to assist in decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with senior accountants and managers to improve financial processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a CA firm. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. Knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including GST and TDS. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
