Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business growth through process clarity and financial discipline. You will work closely with the management and operations team to maintain books, improve internal systems, and ensure timely compliance. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (update as relevant) Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable and payable Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, credit/debit note entries Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reports Manage payroll, reimbursements, employee expense sheets GST, TDS, PF & statutory compliance support (with CA team) Coordinate with CA/auditors for filings and financial reports Maintain inventory, petty cash and financial documentation Support budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting for management 🎯 What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred) 1–3+ years of accounting or finance experience (Fresher with strong basics can apply – edit as needed) Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel, Google Sheets) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and documentation skills ✨ Good to HaveExperience in startup or FMCG environment Knowledge of GST return filing, TDS, payroll processing Working knowledge of Excel formulas & MIS reporting 💼 BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentives Fast-growth environment, opportunity to work directly with founders Learning exposure across operations, finance & business
