Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our retail and distribution footprint, onboarding partners, and identifying new growth channels for NoCap Foods across both offline and online markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new retail, distribution, and institutional partners. Build and manage relationships with modern trade, general trade, and café/store chains. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, marketing support, and product supply. Research market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the FMCG/snacking space. Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations. Track business performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets. Support in executing brand activations, sampling drives, and B2B events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, F&B, or startup sales/business development (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing startup. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business growth through process clarity and financial discipline.
