Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our retail and distribution footprint, onboarding partners, and identifying new growth channels for NoCap Foods across both offline and online markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail, distribution, and institutional partners.
• Build and manage relationships with modern trade, general trade, and café/store chains.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, marketing support, and product supply.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the FMCG/snacking space.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
• Track business performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Support in executing brand activations, sampling drives, and B2B events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, F&B, or startup sales/business development (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing startup.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-linked incentives.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
