Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the financial operations of our fertility clinic. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, overseeing billing and insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and a compassionate approach suited to a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.
• Process patient billing, refunds, and coordinate with insurance providers for claim settlements.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure accurate deposits and payment tracking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare financial guidelines.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors as needed.
• Support the management team with financial insights for operational decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Note:

• Candidates with prior experience in healthcare or clinic accounting are preferred.
• Applicants from other industries with strong financial and analytical skills are also welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a willingness to learn healthcare finance will be considered.
• Familiarity with billing, insurance, or medical accounting processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
