Flexi Pitches connects Top 1% Leaders, founders, and investors through curated Demo Nights and Awards. With events happening across multiple cities, we’re scaling fast — and need an accountant who can keep our financials sharp, compliant, and growth-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
Handle invoicing, GST filing, and TDS-related compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and clients on payments, advances, and settlements.
Maintain accurate books in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.
Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow summaries, and budget reports.
Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure all records meet statutory norms.
Track event-wise expenses, reimbursements, and margins.

Skills & Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in event, startup, or service-based companies.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Accuracy-focused with strong ownership of timelines.
Comfortable working with Excel and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
