Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations within the hospital.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assist in decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Coordinate with various departments to streamline financial processes.

Facilitate internal and external audits and implement findings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Skills

Proficient in Financial Reporting

Expertise in Taxation and Compliance

Advanced Excel and Accounting Software Skills

Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferable: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification.

Mandatory: Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software widely used in India.

Preferable: Knowledge of GST regulations and hospital financial management.

Mandatory: Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
