Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Automation Engineer with substantial experience in PLC programming and automation system design. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently developing and commissioning robotic automation solutions and special purpose machines (SPMs) for industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems for robotic cells and custom machines. Develop control logic, HMI interfaces, and communication protocols for industrial automation projects. Integrate industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa) with various equipment and systems. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure seamless system functionality. Lead on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems, both at our facility and customer locations. Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance procedures. Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, ensuring quality and reliability.
