Role Overview

The Accounting & Taxation Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting practices, coupled with hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Accounts Payable

  and

  Accounts Receivable

  processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  and maintain accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and coordinate

  GST returns

  and

  TDS returns

  ; reconcile GST input with GSTR-2B reports.
• Reconcile receivable and payable ledger statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare

  Management Information System (MIS) reports

  and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations; implement necessary adjustments proactively.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for

  cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement

  .
• Assist with

  budgeting and forecasting

  to support organizational strategic planning.
• Maintain

  accurate and organized financial records

  and documentation.
